Travel Requirements

Travel requirements will vary by polar region and by Operator. Please read our Booking Terms and Conditions to familiarize yourself with these requirements.

Insurance

Travel insurance is compulsory for all our travelers. All of our supplier partners require that you are covered by a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes emergency evacuation, medical repatriation, and medical expenses. As you are traveling to remote regions, we recommend that the policy’s emergency evacuation benefit be higher than the minimum and cover you for remote medical evacuation should it be required.

Travel Visas

It is your responsibility to check and fulfill the passport, visa, health, and immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. Certain port countries may require proof of vaccination, i.e. COVID. You must check requirements for your own specific circumstances with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates, and your own doctor as applicable.

Requirements do change and you must check the up-to-date prerequisites well in advance of your departure.

COVID Policies

Our travel partners have various policies in place to ensure passengers’ health and that your financial investments for your trip are protected when booking. Tour Operator policies may include but are not limited to; no penalties for cancellation or rebooking, full refunds, maintaining your booking as future travel credit, etc.
